Nomination for the 2016 Prize is now open. The closing date for the Stage A Nomination is Tuesday 31 March 2015, 6pm +8GMT.

The Prize Laureate will be presented with a gold medallion, an award certificate and a cash prize of S$300,000 sponsored by Keppel Corporation. I invite you to nominate outstanding cities that have displayed foresight, good governance and innovation in tackling the many urban challenges faced to bring about social, economic and environmental benefits in a holistic way to their communities. This will facilitate the sharing of best practices in urban solutions, for the benefit of cities around the world and spur further innovation in the area of sustainable urban development.
